Fuel gas conditioning

PROCESS SYSTEMS is an historical supplier of fuel gas stations for the main gas power plant and combined cycle power plant manufacturers. These complete fuel gas stations are designed, manufactured and started up by our teams in order to supply gas at the pressure, temperature and cleanliness required by the gas turbines.

Thanks to our extensive operational experience we are able to supply these packages in a very short delivery time fully in compliance with the technical specifications and quality essential in the production of electricity.

In addition, in the gas distribution field we manufacture standard fuel gas conditioning packages and gas pressure reducing skids for flow rates from 2500 Nm³/h to 250 000 Nm³/h.

Preheating removes the problem of hydrate formation which can be encountered in the gas downstream of pressure reduction. Our experience and know-how enables us to propose custom-made solutions adapted to our client’s requirements.

According to your site operating restraints, we design autonomous solutions for fuel gas heating with indirect water bath heaters.

According to the available utilities on site, preheating can be performed with TEMA type shell and tube heat exchangers where the gas is heated by superheated water from a gas-fed boiler.
