In more than 40 years of projects using heat transfer applications, PROCESS SYSTEMS has acquired a wealth of expertise in thermodynamic, thermal and mechanical design, enabling us to perform all stages of manufacturing, installation and start-up of cogeneration units.

Wishing to share our expertise for the benefit of energy transition, we have joined forces with boiler manufacturers specialising in biomass combustion in order to offer turnkey cogeneration plants that will function with all types of biomass.

In more than 40 years of projects using heat transfer applications, PROCESS SYSTEMS has acquired a wealth of expertise in process, thermal and mechanical design, enabling us to perform all stages of manufacturing, installation and start-up of steam generation and recovery units.

Through its vast experience, PROCESS SYSTEMS is able to propose solutions that are at the heart of energy transition such as turnkey syngas thermal oxidiser units.

PROCESS SYSTEMS designs and manufactures all equipment necessary for the production and distribution of energetic fluid, conveying a hot or cold source required for the equipment of industrial sites.

We assemble these packages that make up a hot water circuit, hot oil circuit, cooling water circuit, or turbine air heating, on skid in our workshops before delivering and installing them on site.

For more than 40 years PROCESS SYSTEMS has designed, manufactured, installed and started up heat exchangers in all types of material (carbon steel, stainless steel, refractories, Inconel, titanium, bronze and cupro-nickel).

We manufacture equipment for the power performance optimisation of the water/steam cycle of power plants, such as condensers/hydro-condensers, either pressurised or under vacuum conditions in order to extract the maximum power potential from the steam, steam transformers, heaters and turbine exhaust ducts.
